From the outside, things might look okay. But internally, something feels off — disconnected, exhausted, or just not quite right in a way that’s hard to name.

You don’t need to come in with clarity or a plan. We start with where you are, and figure it out together.

My approach is relational, practical, and grounded. We focus on what’s real — and go from there.
